In accordance with our Memorandum of Association (MOA), LixNext AI Technologies provides services including, but not limited to:
- Design and development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software.
- Provision of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and digital transformation solutions.
- Data processing, analysis, and visualization tools.
- Technical support, customization, and maintenance of licensed software products.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, algorithms, software code, brand names, and logos associated with LixNext AI Technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services as intended. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models or proprietary software.
3. User Obligations & Conduct
As a user of our technology, you agree not to:
- Use our AI tools for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities.
- Upload data that violates third-party privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our SaaS infrastructure.
- Abuse API rate limits or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our AI and technology services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our data processing and AI outputs, LixNext AI Technologies does not warrant that the service will be error-free or that AI-generated responses will always be correct for every specific business use case.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LixNext AI Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software products or services.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if required by law.
